Andreas Hinkkala has worked in the financial industry since 2003 and is the founder and president of Hinkkala & Associates. Andreas’ comprehensive understanding of the current insurance, investment, and tax laws has allowed him to create precedent setting solutions for his clientele. Andreas specializes in maximizing the value of each product for his affluent clients across Canada. In his spare time, Andreas is an avid local mountain climber.
Heather
Front Office Manager
Heather is Hinkkala & Associates’ front office manager and is an integral part of our team. Heather loves working with people and has decades of experience doing so. From owning small businesses to running a beloved local gift shop and now working with Hinkkala clients and staff, Heather is a natural people person who excels in customer relations. When not working, Heather and her husband, Mel, enjoy going for walks, attending their church and living life surrounded by their children and grandchildren.

Carole is an experienced professional who transitioned from a dedicated life coach to a financial advisor in 2021, leveraging her extensive experience in guiding individuals toward personal and financial fulfillment. Outside of the office, Carole finds solace in nature, enjoys quality time with her children, and has recently developed a passion for rock climbing, seeking the thrill of scaling new heights.

Sean is a Certified Financial Planner with over 30 years of experience in delivering financial and insurance guidance to clients, financial advisors, and various companies offering financial products. His detailed approach ensures that the needs of clients are clearly understood and matched with the most suitable solutions. Husband and father of two, Sean leads his family in an active lifestyle in the local mountains of the Lower Mainland and the Sea to Sky region. During the summer, he enjoys road biking and riding his enduro bike, while winter finds him skiing in Whistler.

Operations Manager
Perry is a seasoned senior management professional, a veteran of the Canadian Forces and brings a wealth of experience to Hinkkala & Associates. With a background in senior roles within the oil & gas industry and supporting humanitarian initiatives at the United Nations, Perry embodies dedication and leadership. Beyond the office, Perry cherishes family time as a proud grandfather. and finds adventure exploring British Columbia’s scenic trails. Perry holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.

Administrative Assistant
Quintin integrates a diverse background in logistics and customer relations within his role at Hinkkala & Associates and is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness. Outside the administrative realm, Quintin is a musician, with three studio-released songs, where he discovers self-expression and identity through the creative arts. Committed to personal and team success, Quintin is continuously striving to grow.

Mackenzie has been in the financial industry since 2016, previously working at a major bank before joining Hinkkala & Associates. Mackenzie holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from NAIT. Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys traveling, having spent her adolescent years living in the Middle East. She values spending time with her family and is a passionate supporter of the Edmonton Oilers. During the summer months, she can often be found riding her motorcycle or exploring the outdoors.
